Hi! I'm Hillary, and I'm a freshman at Carmel High School. I love cubing, and I'm currently the fifth fastest female Pyraminx solver in the world! Fun fact: I own over 200 cubes. I'm a member of both my school's Science Olympiad team and Math Club, and have attended various math programs over the summers. Outside of school, I'm an avid violin player and aspire to become like my (almost) namesake, Hilary Hahn.
Hello! I’m Alexis Fox, a junior at Charlottesville High School. I live in Virginia, though Indiana is my home state. I lead a FTC Robotics Team here and am a mentor for the ESL Engineering Club, and I also do USACO and MUN. In both states I’ve seen a shockingly few number of girlbosses in STEM, so I’m glad to be part of STEMGirls-Indiana to change that fact!
My name is Julia and I’m from Austin, Texas. I am interested in public policy and informatics! Although I love and plan to major in liberal arts, I have always enjoyed STEM. I helped organize the Women in Data Science Austin Conference in 2020 to help encourage women and girls to feel confident in the field! I also love debate (Worlds Schools debate) and spending time with my friends!!
Hi! I’m Sonia Butske and I’m from Bloomington, Indiana. Math is my favorite subject in school, and I’m involved in I Can Persist, a STEM initiative hosted by IU to connect and advance women in STEM! Outside of school, I like to play soccer and lift weights, but I’m always down to try new things. I love helping other girls discover their passions in the STEM fields!
